ReSolution may process your personal data from the categories above (excluding the “Cookies” category) only if you voluntarily submit your CV in response to a published advertisement or send the same to the email address careers@resolutionbg.com. Otherwise, the Company does not process your personal data.

ReSolution also does not collect sensitive categories of personal data, as such data is not necessary for the use of our website or the provision of our recruitment services. In the event that sensitive categories of personal data are provided by you through the submission of a CV or additional information to our email address, such data will be deleted as soon as their processing is identified.

ON WHAT BASIS DOES RESOLUTION PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The processing of personal data includes collection, storage, destruction, transmission, correction, updating, deletion, destruction, and all other actions performed with your personal data.

ReSolution collects personal data following a clear, free, and unambiguous consent from you for the purposes of processing, expressed through voluntary application on your part to a published job advertisement or sending a CV to the address careers@resolutionbg.com.

When applying for specific job advertisements and during the recruitment process for them, your personal data may be processed to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract to which the subject is a party.

ReSolution may also process personal data if there is a legal (legitimate) interest, except when the interests of the natural person to whom the data relates prevail.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data you provide will be used to ensure the proper functioning of our website, as well as for the following purposes, if the prerequisites for this are in place:

  • Performing candidate selection for external clients of ReSolution.
  • Auxiliary activities related to the conclusion of an employment contract, in case your candidacy is approved by an external client of ReSolution.
  • Filling and maintaining our own database of job candidates in IT, digital, and other sectors, in case the necessary consent for this is in place.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

HOW LONG DO WE STORE AND PROCESS YOUR DATA BEFORE DESTROYING IT?

Depending on the basis on which we process your personal data, the storage period of personal data may be different.

Your personal data is stored by us for a period until the basis for our processing ceases. After the expiry of this period and in case there is no legal basis for continuing the storage of your personal data, the information about you is destroyed.

WITH WHOM MAY WE SHARE THE PERSONAL DATA YOU PROVIDE?

ReSolution operates as a recruitment agency. To fulfill these obligations, the Company usually collects and processes personal data in its capacity as a processor on behalf of its client – a personal data administrator. To fulfill its contractual obligations, ReSolution may transfer your personal data to its client (a future potential employer), who is responsible for its lawful processing.

Apart from the above cases, ReSolution respects and maintains the confidentiality of your personal data. The Company will not disclose your personal data, obtained through your application, to third parties, unless disclosure is mandatory by law or a subordinate regulatory act.

DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION AND THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA?

Some of our service providers (providing cloud databases) are located outside the European Union (“EU”), the European Economic Area (“EEA”), and the United Kingdom (“UK”), including in the United States.
